Guests are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce your viewing time as bookings follow a strict schedule.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Bookings once confirmed may not be refundable. However, rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability and prior notice.
4. Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages may not be permitted unless approved by management. Guests can enjoy snacks and refreshments available at our café.
5. Respectful Behaviour
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior inside the theatre. Any activity that disturbs other guests or damages property will not be tolerated.
6. Property Care
Any damage to theatre property, furniture, or equipment will be the responsibility of the guest and may incur additional charges.
7. Cleanliness
Please keep the theatre clean and dispose of waste in designated bins provided inside the premises.
